References & Thank you notes from clients

Throughout my 25 + year career in as a real estate broker, I have recieved numberous letters & gifts from grateful buyes & sellers whom are appericiative of the level of service, effort & commitment I put forth to help them achieve their goal. This week has been quite unusual in that sort of sense. On Tuesday, I recieved a bouquet of flowers from a young couple that I helped purchase their first home in the town of Easton, Connecticut.

On Wendesday, I recieved the following email from a home seller in Southbury & eventually will be buying in the Danbury/Brookfield/ Bethel area.

'Dear Mary,

I want you to know that you are an amazing person. I truely admire your patience & understanding with a customer in a situation like mine. Thank you for caring and for being you.'

To make me feel even better, I recieved another bouquet of flowers on Thursday while I leaving my real estate office for the day. I helped this client relocate to the Danbury area from Maryland, and got her a signed lease within 2 days of arriving in town.

Keep me in mind for your real estate needs in the Greater Danbury & Candlewood Lake. As an exprienced listing & buyer broker, I have seen just about every possible issue, and I have worked throught it while keeping my clients interests protected.

condominiums

There is a new condominum complex being developed by Toll Bros. which is really beautiful. There are 62 units, convenient to everything, but located in a country-like atmosphere. Much attention to detail, granite, stainless steel, center islands. 2 car garages. Lots of crown molding, pillars. porches. They start at $400,000. I think they are the best around for the money right now. There are also some short sales and foreclosures available in another luxury complex. Call mary Foley at 203-797-1216 or 203-482-5812. 25 years experience as a successful Realtor in Northern Fairfield Cty.

The city is consisently ranked as the safest city of its size in New England according to the FBI. There is access & homes on Candlewood Lake, which offers 75 miles of coastline across five towns. It is a great boating & swimming in the summer, and as fishing year round. Danbury is a very diversive town, culturally & economically. It is a great place to exprience a 'real world' setting.

Western Connecticut State does have two campuses in town. There are always programs & activities open to the general public.
